Created by bunch of +2 students from Gloden gate college and Trinity International College this site http://www.notespal.com seems to be a hot topic to talk about in the colleges. In a little amount of time this site gained huge popularity. At present this site is providing notes and question papers for HSEB +2 students. 

This site opened a gateway to establish the opensource online education in Nepal as they define is as "A new Dimension to Online Education".

Honestly Nepal education lacks behind in opensource online education. I rarely see any online website providing students with some quality tutoring and  information about there relevant subject matter. We need to be depend on the notes of teachers and the expensive books in the market.
